K&G Catering Policies

1. K&G Catering requires a 50% deposit to confirm and reserve your event date. Cancellations sometimes occur. If your cancellation is 90 days before the event, 100% of the deposit will be returned. If it occurs with less than 60 days before, 80% of the deposit will be returned. If it occurs less than 30 days, 50% will be returned. If you cancel with less than 15 days, 100% of the event deposit will be forfieted and non-refundable. Additional charges may also apply.
   
2. Payment of the balance due K&G Catering will be to your event coordinator at the start of the event. Any balance over the invoiced amount, will be billed 5 business days after the event.
   
3. Final guest count is to be provided 10 days prior to event, this number will constitute the guarantee, not subject to reduction and changes will be made accordingly.
   
4. California state sales tax of 8.25% will apply to all food, beverage, services and rentals
   
5. K&G Catering does not charge a service gratuity.
   
6. Sites with special logistical requirements will be subject to a 20% service fee.
   
7. All rentals and services that are arranged by K&G Catering on behalf of client will be subject to 18% surcharge.
   
8. Due to liability, K&G Catering cannot allow clients to supplement food at any event.
   
9. Delivery charges may apply depending on location and venue logistics.
